Video Template
If you use video template, the app load about 30-50 Mb of files on browser and some browser prevent this action. You need to preload the video contents. After this action, the video will automatically play when gift received.
FYI: You can do this before you connect the app, so viewers don't see what you're doing in LIVE.
Custom Content
If you want to use your own resources, make sure the links you use are HTTPS not http. If not, then your resources cannot be loaded by the browser due to mixed content.
- Click in the area marked by number 1 to bring up the control panel
- Click in the area marked by number 2 to change the content in that column
- After the control panel appears, enter the username as shown above
- You can load content from an existing template
